Worked in the UK as a corporate manager in the IT industry before moving to Spain and becoming a teacher and subsequently an academic manager at the Instituto Britanico de Sevilla. Her particular areas of interest include training, professional development and staff performance and evaluation, as well as teaching Young Learners.
