Neil Harris

Neil Harris is a teacher, teacher trainer and academic manager based at CELT Centre for English Language Teaching in Cardiff, Wales, where he is responsible for online courses including teacher training. Throughout his 30-year career in ELT, working in private language schools and universities, he has had a particular interest in the application of new technologies in ELT.
