Said Mattar Al Hatmi - I started as an English teacher for Young Learners in 2005. Later, I was appointed as a senior English teacher in a secondary school (16–17 years old), where I was responsible for the English department. In 2015, I shifted to teacher training and since then I have been working as a teacher trainer at Ibri Educational and Professional Development Centre. Professional development has always been my biggest concern. I am interested in investigating and promoting teachers’ professional development.
