Siobhan Cronin

Siobhan is a PGCE-qualified German and Spanish secondary school teacher and CELTA teacher trainer, works at the Brunel Language Centre (BLC) and is currently teaching EAP face to face on a TNE programme at a partner university in Beijing, China. Having taught foreign languages in Europe, Latin America and Asia, she is extremely passionate about helping people communicate effectively and learning about one another’s cultures. She is also writing her MA dissertation in applied linguistics, which aims to examine her Chinese EAP students’ attitudes towards the instructed use of smartphones in their face-to-face EAP lessons.
