Lesson observation etiquette

Lesson observations (LOs) play a crucial role in the professional development of teachers, providing an opportunity for reflection, feedback and growth. However, to ensure that this process benefits both the teacher and the observer, it is essential to follow certain protocols and maintain a respectful and supportive environment.
