As we go through our everyday lives, we are addressed in various ways by the different people we interact with. For instance, on any given day, the authors may be referred to as Jim, Uncle Jimmy, Mr. Ronald, Jim-sensei, Andy, Andrew, Mr. or Dr. Boon, or Prof Andy (during Indonesian teacher training sessions!).
