Mark Johnson is an academic skills teacher and summer pre-sessional assistant director of studies at the University of Sheffield. He has spent over thirty years working in education in a variety of roles but all closely related to teaching. He studied Japanese in The Silent Way for three years in Japan and then worked in Greece, South East Asia and the Middle East before returning to live in the UK. Outside of work he likes travelling, going to gigs and watching football matches.
