Saif Al-Abri, started as an English teacher for young learners in 2002. Later, he was appointed to a secondary school where he worked as a senior English teacher responsible for the English department in the school. In 2008, he shifted to teacher training and since then, he has been working as a teacher trainer at Nizwa Educational and Professional Development Centre. Professional development has always been his biggest concern and so he is interested in investigating and promoting educators’ (both teachers’ and teacher trainers’) professional development.
