Behaviour management three ways

Using behaviour charts in class seems to be a bit of a divisive issue in the world of TEFL: some teachers swear by them and others hate them. I am very much in the former group and would like to share a system that has been working well for me and can be adapted for use with Very Young Learners (VYLs) right through to teens.

The first two schools I worked at had pretty sophisticated systems where students collected points for good behaviour and were rewarded with physical prizes at various points throughout the year. I initially assumed this was . . .
